Leviss filed new court papers alleging that a sex video of her and an unnamed woman had been “leaked” at a party at TomTom, a Los Angeles bar that Sandoval had a stake in, according to Us Weekly. She claimed that the video had been sent to her phone as part of someone else’s video collection.
Madix reportedly reacted angrily to the apparent leak and claimed it was Leviss who had shared the video. She also wrote a message to Leviss which included explicit details about Sandoval’s sexual proclivities, Leviss claimed.
Leviss also took issue with the way the video was distributed. “I never consented to the recording and/or distribution of aforementioned video,” Leviss said in court papers.
Sandoval’s camp maintained that Leviss “deserves fair compensation for [her] time and labor” when contacted for comment, Us Weekly reported. Leviss filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles claiming that Sandoval recorded their private conversations without consent. She believes that some of the recordings, obtained unlawfully, show her in compromising situations such as undressed and engaged in sexual activities.
